  • Unresolved disputes regarding immigration services may result in your profile being flagged in international travel databases.

7. Limitation of Liability & Legal Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee visa approval; this is a sovereign decision of Viet Nam.

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including missed flights or hotel bookings, resulting from a visa delay or rejection.

  • We bear no responsibility for sudden modifications in Vietnamese immigration laws or geopolitical events.

8. Governing Law & International Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the strict laws of England and Wales.
